Service Description
A timeless full-body massage combining flowing, rhythmic strokes and targeted pressure to release muscle tension, improve circulation and guide the body into a state of deep, genuine relaxation. Each session is fully tailored to you — the areas of focus, the pressure, the pace — because no two bodies carry tension the same way. Whether you are unwinding after a demanding week, relieving persistent aches or simply giving yourself the care you deserve, classic massage brings you back to yourself. You will leave feeling lighter, softer and more at ease in your own skin. We recommend staying well-hydrated before and after your session to support circulation and help your body fully integrate the benefits of the treatment. It is intended to complement, not replace, any psychological, medical, or pharmacological treatment. Contraindications: acute fever or contagious illness | thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis (DVT) | active skin infections or open wounds | uncontrolled hypertension or serious heart conditions | active cancer (without medical clearance) | acute injuries within 72 hours | under the influence of alcohol or medication that impairs sensory feedback.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once the client has completed the reservation process and received a confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking at its sole discretion. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may choose to join the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order in which they registered. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis once notification has been sent. Clients are responsible for completing their booking upon notification to secure the available spot.
