Service Description
A therapeutic massage targeting the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, using slow, precise techniques to release chronic tension and restore natural movement. Ideal for persistent pain, stiffness, postural imbalances, or accumulated stress. Unlike relaxation massage, this treatment focuses on specific areas with therapeutic intent. Mild tenderness may be felt 24–48 hours after the session — a normal response as the body releases and rebalances. Hydration before and after your session is recommended to support recovery and optimal results. Contraindications: thrombosis or deep vein thrombosis (DVT) | severe osteoporosis or fragile bone conditions | blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant medication | acute injuries, open wounds or recent fractures | active skin infections or inflammatory flare-ups | undiagnosed lumps or swellings | active cancer (without medical clearance) | uncontrolled hypertension or serious cardiovascular conditions | pregnancy (specialist deep tissue techniques must be avoided)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once the client has completed the reservation process and received a confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking at its sole discretion. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may choose to join the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order in which they registered. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis once notification has been sent. Clients are responsible for completing their booking upon notification to secure the available spot.
