For abdomen and back sessions, we recommend avoiding solid foods at least 2 hours before your appointment. Additionally, for all sessions, staying well-hydrated before and after your treatment is essential to support your body’s natural detoxification process and maximize the benefits of the therapy. It is intended to complement, not replace, any psychological, medical, or pharmacological treatment! *Contraindications: cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled hypertension | pregnancy | varicose veins, thrombosis, or circulatory issues | recent surgeries | cancer or ongoing cancer treatments | skin infections | inflammations, or open wounds | use of pacemakers or other internal medical devices.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once the client has completed the reservation process and received a confirmation email. The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking at its sole discretion. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may choose to join the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order in which they registered. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis once notification has been sent. Clients are responsible for completing their booking upon notification to secure the available spot.
